Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay y\u00a0Brasil\u00a0absorbieronla mayor\u00a0parte\u00a0de los\u00a0env\u00edos. El\u00a0favorito\u00a0entre\u00a0las\u00a0golosinas,\u00a0crece\u00a0con\u00a0versiones\u00a0para\u00a0todos\u00a0los\u00a0gustos\u00a0y\u00a0bolsillos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #696969\">Ese\u00a0bocado\u00a0formado\u00a0por\u00a0al\u00a0menos\u00a0dos\u00a0galletitas\u00a0unidas\u00a0por\u00a0dulce\u00a0de\u00a0leche\u00a0y con\u00a0una\u00a0cobertura\u00a0de chocolate,\u00a0es\u00a0uno\u00a0de losproductos\u00a0con\u00a0puro\u00a0ADN\u00a0argentino. La Argentina\u00a0es\u00a0el mayor\u00a0productor\u00a0y\u00a0exportador\u00a0de\u00a0alfajores.\u00a0Seg\u00fan\u00a0la\u00a0Coordinadora\u00a0de\u00a0lasIndustrias\u00a0de\u00a0Productos\u00a0Alimenticios\u00a0(Copal),\u00a0env\u00eda\u00a0entre\u00a0el 6% y el 10% del\u00a0volumen\u00a0producido\u00a0hacia\u00a0m\u00e1s\u00a0de 30\u00a0destinos. Losprincipales\u00a0compradores\u00a0son Chile y Uruguay. Se\u00a0suman\u00a0pymes\u00a0como\u00a0Dielo, La\u00a0Nirva,Goloalfa,\u00a0Vimar\u00a0y\u00a0Vauquita,\u00a0por\u00a0citar\u00a0algunas.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, hay\u00a0quemencionar\u00a0la\u00a0presencia\u00a0de\u00a0grupos\u00a0regionales y\u00a0artesanalescomo\u00a0Havanna,\u00a0Cachafaz, Plan B y Don Salvador,\u00a0entre\u00a0otras\u0094,agrega\u00a0Lorenzo.<\/p>\n<p>Marca\u00a0registrada<br \/>\nEn el\u00a0pa\u00eds, se\u00a0consumen\u00a0cada\u00a0d\u00eda\u00a0m\u00e1s\u00a0de\u00a0seis\u00a0millones\u00a0de\u00a0unidades,\u00a0afirma\u00a0Copal. Se\u00a0distinguen\u00a0tres\u00a0grupos: los\u00a0alfajoresregionales,\u00a0presentes\u00a0en los\u00a0puntos\u00a0tur\u00edsticos\u00a0del\u00a0pa\u00eds\u00a0y , en\u00a0muchos\u00a0casos,\u00a0elaborados\u00a0por\u00a0empresas\u00a0familiares\u00a0(casi\u00a0todas\u00a0lasprovincias\u00a0argentinas\u00a0tienen\u00a0un\u00a0alfajor\u00a0aut\u00f3ctono). En\u00a0su\u00a0mayor\u00eda\u00a0llegan\u00a0al\u00a0mercado\u00a0con\u00a0puntos\u00a0de\u00a0venta\u00a0propios.<br \/>\nPor\u00a0su\u00a0parte, los\u00a0alfajores\u00a0industriales\u00a0son\u00a0elaborados\u00a0con\u00a0equipamiento\u00a0tecnol\u00f3gico\u00a0que\u00a0garantiza\u00a0homogeneidad\u00a0en laproducci\u00f3n\u00a0y\u00a0ausencia\u00a0de la\u00a0manipulaci\u00f3n\u00a0de personal. El target: el\u00a0consumo\u00a0masivo.<br \/>\nPor\u00a0\u00faltimo,\u00a0est\u00e1n\u00a0los\u00a0alfajores\u00a0premium,\u00a0que, con un packaging\u00a0m\u00e1s\u00a0elaborado,\u00a0apuntan\u00a0a un sector\u00a0socioecon\u00f3mico\u00a0alto.\u00a0\u0093Paranosotros,\u00a0este\u00a0es\u00a0un\u00a0a\u00f1o\u00a0muy\u00a0bueno,\u00a0tenemos\u00a0un\u00a0producto\u00a0de\u00a0calidad\u00a0con\u00a0buen\u00a0precio\u0094,\u00a0sostiene\u00a0Hugo\u00a0Basilotta,\u00a0vicepresidente\u00a0deGuaymallen, en\u00a0di\u00e1logo\u00a0con\u00a0Pyme. La firma produce 1,6\u00a0mill\u00f3n\u00a0de\u00a0alfajores\u00a0por\u00a0d\u00eda\u00a0en\u00a0sus\u00a0dos\u00a0plantas\u00a0en Capital Federal.\u00a0\u0093Nodamos\u00a0abasto\u00a0con el\u00a0mercado\u00a0local,\u00a0por\u00a0eso\u00a0decidimos\u00a0no\u00a0exportar\u0094, dice\u00a0Basilotta\u00a0desde\u00a0la\u00a0empresa\u00a0familiar\u00a0que\u00a0tiene\u00a0casi\u00a070a\u00f1os\u00a0y 200\u00a0empleados.<br \/>\nSeg\u00fan\u00a0datos\u00a0del\u00a0Ministerio\u00a0de\u00a0Agricultura,\u00a0las\u00a0exportaciones\u00a0de\u00a0alfajores\u00a0de 2011,\u00a0alcanzaron\u00a0las\u00a04.100\u00a0toneladas,\u00a0por\u00a0las\u00a0queingresaron\u00a0al\u00a0pa\u00eds\u00a0casi\u00a015\u00a0millones\u00a0de\u00a0d\u00f3lares\u00a0FOB. El\u00a0precio\u00a0promedio\u00a0de\u00a0exportaci\u00f3n\u00a0fue\u00a0de u$s 3.602\u00a0por\u00a0tonelada.\u00a0Respecto\u00a0a 2010,\u00a0estos\u00a0valores\u00a0significaron\u00a0una\u00a0disminuci\u00f3n\u00a0en\u00a0volumen\u00a0y en valor del 23% y 2%,\u00a0respectivamente.
