En primer\u00a0lugar,\u00a0si\u00a0bien\u00a0se\u00a0resalta\u00a0que\u00a0los\u00a0j\u00f3venes\u00a0reciben\u00a0como\u00a0herencia\u00a0la idea del\u00a0esfuerzo\u00a0y el\u00a0sacrificio\u00a0como\u00a0valores\u00a0centrales,\u00a0encontramos\u00a0que\u00a0al\u00a0pensarse\u00a0en\u00a0relaci\u00f3n\u00a0a\u00a0sus\u00a0pares,\u00a0sus\u00a0valores\u00a0cambianhacia\u00a0elementos\u00a0m\u00e1s\u00a0afectivos\u00a0y\u00a0l\u00fadicos\u00a0como\u00a0la\u00a0sinceridad,\u00a0diversi\u00f3n,\u00a0compa\u00f1erismo\u00a0y\u00a0fidelidad.\u00a0Esto\u00a0es\u00a0importante,\u00a0ya\u00a0que\u00a0en elproceso\u00a0de\u00a0crecimiento\u00a0y\u00a0separaci\u00f3n\u00a0de\u00a0su\u00a0n\u00facleo\u00a0familiar,\u00a0sus\u00a0referentes\u00a0m\u00e1s\u00a0cercanos\u00a0pasan\u00a0a\u00a0ser\u00a0sus\u00a0pares y amigos. De\u00a0ah\u00edque\u00a0ese\u00a0cambio\u00a0de\u00a0valores\u00a0deba\u00a0incorporarse\u00a0en la\u00a0cultura\u00a0del\u00a0trabajo\u00a0promovida\u00a0desde\u00a0la\u00a0empresa, y\u00a0deba\u00a0ser\u00a0planteado\u00a0en lacomunicaci\u00f3n\u00a0de la\u00a0oferta\u00a0generada\u00a0desde\u00a0el\u00a0\u00e1rea\u00a0de\u00a0RRHH.<br \/>\nLuego,\u00a0encontramos\u00a0que\u00a0para\u00a0los\u00a0j\u00f3venes\u00a0entrevistados\u00a0es\u00a0muy\u00a0importante\u00a0la\u00a0realizaci\u00f3n\u00a0y el\u00a0desarrollo\u00a0personal y\u00a0profesional. Ensegundo\u00a0lugar,\u00a0ven\u00a0al\u00a0trabajo\u00a0como\u00a0una\u00a0actividad\u00a0de\u00a0aplicaci\u00f3n\u00a0y\u00a0generaci\u00f3n\u00a0de\u00a0conocimientos,\u00a0es\u00a0decir\u00a0no solo\u00a0es\u00a0un\u00a0medio\u00a0pararecibir\u00a0un\u00a0sueldo\u00a0sino\u00a0que\u00a0primero\u00a0aparece\u00a0como\u00a0un\u00a0medio\u00a0para\u00a0desarrollar\u00a0capacidades, y\u00a0s\u00f3lo\u00a0en\u00a0tercer\u00a0lugar\u00a0aparece\u00a0comoobjetivo\u00a0lograr\u00a0una\u00a0compensaci\u00f3n\u00a0salarial.<br \/>\nY el\u00a0mejor\u00a0trabajo\u00a0es<br \/>\nUn\u00a0aspecto\u00a0muy\u00a0interesante\u00a0y\u00a0que\u00a0confirma\u00a0este\u00a0estudio\u00a0y el\u00a0punto\u00a0anterior en particular,\u00a0es\u00a0que\u00a0la\u00a0buena\u00a0remuneraci\u00f3n\u00a0aparececomo\u00a0un\u00a0aspecto\u00a0importante\u00a0s\u00f3lo\u00a0para\u00a0el 8% de los\u00a0encuestados,\u00a0es\u00a0decir\u00a0la\u00a0remuneraci\u00f3n\u00a0por\u00a0la labor\u00a0realizada\u00a0reci\u00e9n\u00a0aparece\u00a0en el\u00a0cuarto\u00a0puesto\u00a0de la\u00a0escala\u00a0de\u00a0valores\u00a0surgida\u00a0en\u00a0esta\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nDentro\u00a0de\u00a0las\u00a0caracter\u00edsticas\u00a0del\u00a0trabajo\u00a0ideal, en\u00a0cambio, la\u00a0Generaci\u00f3n\u00a0\u0093Y\u0094\u00a0valora\u00a0principalmente\u00a0contar\u00a0con un\u00a0buen\u00a0clima\u00a0laboral\u00a0yuna\u00a0proyecci\u00f3n\u00a0profesional\u00a0a\u00a0futuro.\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n, de forma\u00a0alineada\u00a0con lo\u00a0que\u00a0definen\u00a0como\u00a0trabajo,\u00a0es\u00a0importante\u00a0para\u00a0ellos\u00a0sentirsatisfacci\u00f3n\/placer con la\u00a0tarea\u00a0que\u00a0realizan\u00a0en el\u00a0d\u00eda\u00a0a\u00a0d\u00eda\u00a0dentro\u00a0del\u00a0\u00e1mbito\u00a0laboral,\u00a0donde\u00a0pasan\u00a0muchas\u00a0horas\u00a0de\u00a0su\u00a0vida.<br \/>\nA\u00a0tener\u00a0en\u00a0cuenta\u00a0y\u00a0tomar\u00a0nota: los\u00a0beneficios\u00a0m\u00e1s\u00a0valorados\u00a0que\u00a0puede\u00a0ofrecerles\u00a0un\u00a0trabajo\u00a0son\u00a0ascensos,\u00a0promociones\u00a0ybeneficios\u00a0remunerativos,\u00a0flexibilidad\u00a0horaria\u00a0y\u00a0capacitaci\u00f3n\u00a0constante. Se\u00a0aprecia\u00a0tambi\u00e9n\u00a0que\u00a0una\u00a0empresa\u00a0est\u00e9\u00a0comprometidasocialmente, sea\u00a0responsable\u00a0con el\u00a0medio\u00a0ambiente\u00a0y\u00a0cuide\u00a0sus\u00a0recursos\u00a0humanos. En un\u00a0importante\u00a0tercer\u00a0puesto, con lacoincidencia\u00a0del 18% de los\u00a0encuestados,\u00a0aparece\u00a0el\u00a0orgullo\u00a0que\u00a0pueda\u00a0brindarles\u00a0el\u00a0reconocimiento\u00a0nacional\u00a0e\u00a0internacional\u00a0de laempresa.<br \/>\nEn\u00a0cambio, del\u00a0otro\u00a0lado\u00a0tenemos\u00a0las\u00a0caracter\u00edsticas\u00a0que\u00a0menos\u00a0se\u00a0toleran\u00a0de un\u00a0trabajo\u00a0y\u00a0justamente\u00a0son\u00a0las\u00a0inversas\u00a0a\u00a0lasnombradas: un\u00a0clima\u00a0laboral\u00a0hostil, la\u00a0monoton\u00eda\u00a0de\u00a0una\u00a0rutina\u00a0sin\u00a0grandes\u00a0desaf\u00edos\u00a0y la\u00a0falta\u00a0de\u00a0reconocimiento.\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n\u00a0semencionan\u00a0la\u00a0presi\u00f3n\u00a0laboral\u00a0excesiva\u00a0y el\u00a0autoritarismo\u00a0e\u00a0intolerancia. Luego,\u00a0encontramos\u00a0que\u00a0para\u00a0los\u00a0j\u00f3venes\u00a0entrevistados\u00a0es\u00a0muy\u00a0importante\u00a0la\u00a0realizaci\u00f3n\u00a0y el\u00a0desarrollo\u00a0personal y\u00a0profesional. Ensegundo\u00a0lugar,\u00a0ven\u00a0al\u00a0trabajo\u00a0como\u00a0una\u00a0actividad\u00a0de\u00a0aplicaci\u00f3n\u00a0y\u00a0generaci\u00f3n\u00a0de\u00a0conocimientos,\u00a0es\u00a0decir\u00a0no solo\u00a0es\u00a0un\u00a0medio\u00a0pararecibir\u00a0un\u00a0sueldo\u00a0sino\u00a0que\u00a0primero\u00a0aparece\u00a0como\u00a0un\u00a0medio\u00a0para\u00a0desarrollar\u00a0capacidades, y\u00a0s\u00f3lo\u00a0en\u00a0tercer\u00a0lugar\u00a0aparece\u00a0comoobjetivo\u00a0lograr\u00a0una\u00a0compensaci\u00f3n\u00a0salarial.
