{"id":16,"date":"2018-09-17T12:20:58","date_gmt":"2018-09-17T12:20:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/face.unt.edu.ar\/web\/rrhh\/?page_id=16"},"modified":"2019-04-04T22:55:06","modified_gmt":"2019-04-04T22:55:06","slug":"diseno-curricular","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/face.unt.edu.ar\/web\/rrhh\/diseno-curricular\/","title":{"rendered":"Dise\u00f1o Curricular"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Plan de Estudios de la Especializaci\u00f3n en Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos, de una duraci\u00f3n de cuatro (4) trimestres, tiene la siguiente estructura:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300\"><strong>Cursos:<\/strong> <\/span>Cuatro (4) trimestres con diecis\u00e9is (16) cursos de veinticuatro (24) horas de duraci\u00f3n cada uno; ofreci\u00e9ndose simult\u00e1neamente lo te\u00f3rico y lo pr\u00e1ctico en forma interrelacionada.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300\"><strong>Pr\u00e1cticas:<\/strong> <\/span>Durante el tercer y cuarto trimestre del programa se realizar\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticas que tendr\u00e1n una duraci\u00f3n de treinta y seis (36) horas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300\"><strong>Examen integral final:<\/strong> <\/span>Despu\u00e9s de concluidas las exigencias curriculares de los cuatro trimestres, los alumnos deben rendir un examen integral final.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300\"><strong>Carga horaria:<\/strong> <\/span>El programa totaliza cuatrocientas veinte (420) horas. Los cursos tienen una duraci\u00f3n de trescientas ochenta y cuatro (384) horas de clases, y las pr\u00e1cticas treinta y seis (36) horas.
